Appearance in children’s book was a ‘Destination’ for show rabbit

EARLY — A Netherland Dwarf show rabbit named Destination is turning into a bit of a movie star.

The bunny – who belongs to Melissa Burney of Early – has been showcased in a children’s e-book, been interviewed by the media (type of) and has gained a lot of awards in his four many years of lifetime. Place is a registered grand winner with American Rabbit Breeders Association.

Vacation spot, who was born in Georgia, initially belonged to Burney’s daughter, Paisley. Paisley confirmed Spot at the Brown County Honest and turned the rabbit above to her mom soon after leaving for school.

Melissa Burney serves as the superintendent for junior crafts at the Brown County Youth Honest and will help with the rabbit demonstrate.

“He’s a actual fantastic rabbit,” Burney stated by cellphone Friday – which was Destination’s fourth birthday. “I perform with him. He will come out, watches Tv set, hangs out. Some times he wishes to keep in his cage. He has toys in his cage so he plays with the toys.”
