Family of Oklahoma 1-year-old dog attack survivor hires lawyer

SPENCER, Okla. (KFOR) – The household of a 1-calendar year-outdated considerably wounded in a pitbull attack is firing back at the Oklahoma Co. Sheriff’s Business by their attorney.

J.J. was reportedly actively playing in his entrance yard with his sisters when he walked into the unfenced yard of a neighbor’s residence.

The toddler allegedly banged on the neighbor’s again door, and they came out to examine.

That is when just one of their pitbulls received out and attacked J.J. 

KFOR’s Brya Berry asked Adler immediately if J.J. was left unattended. 

“Absolutely not,” claimed Adler. “JJ was carrying out what each child in this condition does. JJ was outside with his more mature siblings at his home, taking pleasure in outdoor perform on a Sunday. There is very little unlawful about that.” 

The dog attack left J.J. with really serious injuries. His eyes were dislocated, his jaw ​broke, and his nose was bitten off.

The proprietor signed orders to have their dog that attacked J.J. put down, but the investigation proceeds.
