Muhammad Almutaz Alzghool says the puppy, known as Blu, attacked and bit him at Black Belt Earth, a downtown Toronto taekwondo studio owned by Blu’s co-operator Tommy Chang.
The boy says, just after wrapping up course, he observed Blu and instructed his instructor he was fearful of puppies. He suggests his instructor challenged him to conquer his worry.
